Test Entry / Limitations
Test Limited to 4 TD and 4 TDX entries. If the entry limit is not reached in one test and the entry limit is exceeded in the other test, the number of tracks may be exchanged through plotting day, up to a maximum of 12 TDs or 6 TDXs. The following substitution rule will be used: 2 TDs = 1 TDX.
Closing Date: Saturday September 1, 2007, 5:00 PM after which time entries cannot be accepted.
Entry Fee: TD - $50.00; TDX - $90.00. Fee includes $2.00 AKC Recording and Service Fees. Make checks payable in $US to: American Wirehaired Pointing Griffon Association (AWPGA)
All entries will be accepted until the official closing date and time, even if the advertised limit has been reached.
Certification: Each TD entry must be accompanied by an original certification issued by an AKC approved tracking judge. Dogs that possess a title of TD are exempt from this requirement.

Acknowledgement will be mailed by the Test Secretary after closing of entries. If an acknowledgment is not received within a reasonable time, please notify the Test Secretary at 509-773-1967 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Applicants who provide an e-mail address will be notified by e-mail.
A drawing to select entrants and alternates will be held on
Saturday September 1, 2007 at 6:00 PM at Sodbusters Restaurant near the
intersection of US 97 and WA State Highway 142 in
The drawing will be random except that preference will be given, as follows:
(1) Wirehaired Pointing Griffons without a TD or TDX title, (2) Wirehaired Pointing Griffons with a TD or TDX title, (3) Other breeds without a TD or TDX title, (4) Other breeds with a TD or TDX title.
After 4 TD and 4 TDX entries have been drawn, all remaining entries will be assigned a numerical ranking on an alternate list corresponding to the order in which they were drawn.
Alternates will be asked to be at the test site in case of absent dogs. Alternates not used will receive full refund of entry fees. AWPGA will also refund fees to any confirmed entry who withdraws from the test, by written or phone notification to the Test Secretary, prior to the track draw on September 18, 2007 provided that an alternate entry participates in the test as a result of the withdrawal.
All TD dogs must be at the Test parking area by 7:30 AM, September 18, 2007. All TDX dogs must be at the Test parking area by 9:30 AM, September 18, 2007. At those designated times, a drawing will be held for tracks for each dog entered. The first track for each test will be run after the track aging requirement has been met. In the event of any absentees among confirmed entries, the next alternate, in catalog order, that is present, will be allowed to fill the vacancy.

Tracking Site Details
Parking: Sufficient parking is available at the Gryphon Ranch. Please do not block roadways or exit aisles with your car or setup.
Overnight Camping: Available at Gryphon Ranch with electrical hookups for $20 per night. Contact: (360) 736-0674.
Refreshments: Will be provided for exhibitors and spectators on the morning of the test.
Lunch: Will be provided onsite at Gryphon Ranch for donation only.

AKC Rules, Regulations, and Risk
By their presence on the Test grounds, all exhibitors and spectators agree to abide by the AKC Rules and Regulations and to follow the instructions of the Tracking Committee to the best of their ability. The owner or agent entering a dog in a Tracking Test does so at their own risk.
DOGS SHALL BE KEPT ON LEAD AT ALL TIMES IN ANY AREA OF THE TEST SITE.
An engraved plaque will be provided for each qualifying dog.
